Tell me more about this Halloween Hike…
All ages are welcome. Come with friends and family and dress up if you dare but wear comfortable outdoor walking shoes. Join us at ‘The Bothy’ for lunch from 1pm before daring to hike Lindores Hill from 1.30pm.
The 3km circular walk includes the spooky wood, farm tracks, sickeningly steep hills, gruesome grass and vomiting views. The 4km walk includes a witches pool.
The circular route will be decorated in parts thanks to the British Horse Society Fife and Glenrothes Pony Club who are hosting a charity Halloween Hack earlier in the day for horse riders. For safety we will set walkers off from 1.30pm after the last horse riders have left the farm to ride the same route.
Best dressed prize will be announced before 3.30pm or when we finally stop screaming at your terrifying attempts!
So join lots of people for the Lindores Halloween Hike at Braeside of Lindores Farm on Sunday 4th November at 1pm. Park at the farm, enjoy soup and a roll, walk the 3km or slightly longer 4km walk option, visit the spooky wood, the vomiting views, hike up Lindores hill over gruesome grass and watch out for the witches pool. Head back to the farm for a spooky activity and cuppa!
